Subscriptions
Terms of Sale
These terms govern subscribing to Closyne's paid plans. They supplement our Terms of use, which govern the general use of the service.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Provider
Subscriptions are offered by DevCom81, a sole proprietorship of Jérôme Trebouclet, SIRET 39805373600045, VAT not applicable. Contact: contact@closyne.com. See our Legal notice.
2. Service concerned
Closyne is a digital service accessible via the website and the application: digital wardrobe, outfit creation and suggestions, Social Place, messaging and a Market connecting users. The subscription gives access to a level of service features; it does not concern the sale of physical goods.
3. Plans and pricing
Three levels are offered, in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable):
- Free: free, no credit card required.
- Standard: 4,99 € per month or 49,90 € per year.
- Premium: 9,99 € per month or 99,90 € per year.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscription is done online via the Web. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Closyne does not collect or store your card details: only information relating to your subscription status is recorded.
5. Duration and renewal
The subscription is taken out for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renews automatically upon expiry, at the rate then in effect, until cancellation. You can turn off renewal at any time.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation is done from the subscription management area (the payment provider's customer portal) or by writing to us at contact@closyne.com.
Cancelling renewal is not the same as ending access immediately: unless otherwise stated, cancellation ends automatic renewal and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for. At the end of that period, the account switches to the Free plan. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current period.
7. Right of withdrawal
Closyne subscriptions relate to digital content and a digital service. Consumers in principle have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, by writing to contact@closyne.com.
Where performance of the service begins immediately, before the end of this period, the regulations provide that the right of withdrawal may be lost or its exercise may result in a deduction, provided that the consumer has expressly requested this immediate performance and acknowledged the consequence for their right of withdrawal. No waiver may be presumed from payment alone.
If you wish to withdraw, please contact us: we review each request in good faith and in light of the rules applicable to consumers.
8. Launch offer: 1 year of Premium free
The first 100 eligible users receive one free year of Premium subscription, with a commercial value of 99,90 €.
- This offer requires no payment or credit card.
- It does not constitute a paid subscription.
- It is not automatically converted into a paid subscription at the end of the period.
- It ends when the free period expires: the account then switches to the Free plan.
- No charge can be made without an explicit subscription on your part.
9. Access to the service
Access to paid features is activated once payment is confirmed. Closyne implements reasonable means to ensure service continuity, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption. An internet connection and a compatible device are required.
10. Changes to plans and pricing
The features included in each plan may change. Any pricing change applicable to an ongoing subscription will be communicated to you before it takes effect; you may then cancel before the next renewal.
11. Liability
Closyne's liability under a subscription is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. The provisions of our Terms of use relating to user content and the Market remain applicable: Closyne is not a party to transactions concluded between users.
12. Personal data
Data related to the subscription (status, plan, technical information necessary for billing) is processed as described in our Privacy policy. Your rights are detailed on the GDPR page.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@closyne.com; failing an amicable solution, the consumer may bring the matter before the competent court or use the European online dispute resolution platform.
