GDPR

Closyne processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This page details the processing activities, the legal bases and how to exercise your rights.

1. Record of processing activities

  • Account management β€” credentials, profile. Basis: contract.
  • Digital wardrobe β€” clothing photos and attributes, usage. Basis: contract.
  • Outfit recommendation β€” history, preferences, weather. Basis: contract and consent for location.
  • Social Place β€” posts, follows, interactions. Basis: contract.
  • Market β€” listings, offers, transactions. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
  • Messaging β€” content of conversations. Basis: contract.
  • Security and moderation β€” logs, reports. Basis: legitimate interest.

2. Automated decisions

Outfit suggestions and visual recognition of clothing are automated assistance processes. They produce no legal effect and always remain under your control: you approve, edit or dismiss every suggestion.

3. Processors and transfers

We use processors for hosting, authentication, image storage, email delivery, payment and weather. Each is bound by a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. Where a transfer outside the European Union is necessary, it is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

  • Access to your data and its origin.
  • Rectification of inaccurate information in your profile or wardrobe.
  • Erasure of your account and its content.
  • Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
  • Portability: export of your wardrobe, looks and posts.
  • Withdrawal of consent (location, notifications) at any time.

5. How to exercise your rights

From the app: Settings β†’ Privacy lets you export your data, manage wardrobe access permissions and delete your account. By email: contact@devcom81.fr. We reply within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests.

6. Cookies and trackers

The closyne.com website only uses cookies necessary for the operation and security of the session. No advertising cookie or third-party profiling tracker is set. Should audience-measurement tools ever be added, they would be subject to your prior consent.

7. Data breach

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you directly when the risk is high.

8. Complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country of residence. See also our Privacy Policy.
