• Account management — email, identifiers, profile (username, photo, bio, manually entered city). Basis: contract.
• Digital wardrobe — clothes, characteristics and illustrative photos. Basis: contract.
• Outfit suggestions — clothing metadata and weather information entered by the user, without sending photos. Basis: contract.
• Social Place — posts, likes, comments, follows. Basis: contract.
• Messaging — conversation content. Basis: contract.
• Market — listings, photos, descriptions, prices and related exchanges. Basis: contract.
• Subscriptions — status, plan, billing data. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Security and moderation — logs, reports. Basis: legitimate interest.

Outfit suggestions constitute automated assistance with no legal effect: you approve, edit or ignore each proposal. Closyne does not perform automatic visual recognition of your clothes and does not make any decision producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing.

We use subprocessors for hosting, database and authentication, image storage, subscription payments, sending transactional emails, and artificial-intelligence-based suggestions. Each is bound by an agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. Where a transfer outside the European Union is necessary, it is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Access to your data and its origin.
• Rectification of inaccurate information in your profile or wardrobe.
• Erasure of your account and its content.
• Restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the regulation.
• Objection to certain processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability of the data you have provided, in a readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on it (for example, notifications).
• Complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

From within the app, the account settings let you edit your profile, manage your content and delete your account. For any other request, write to contact@closyne.com specifying the subject of your request. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests; we may ask you for information to verify your identity.

The closyne.com website only uses cookies and storage necessary for its operation, security, and remembering your preferences (language, dismissal of listings). No advertising or third-party audience measurement tool is used, which currently makes a consent banner unnecessary.

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you directly where the risk is high.
