• Account: email address, username, password (stored encrypted), profile picture, bio.
• Wardrobe: clothing photos, category, name, colour, season, status, resale availability, usage count.
• Outfits and looks: saved compositions, favourites, outfit-wearing history.
• Social Place: posts, comments, likes, follows, friend requests and wardrobe access permissions.
• Market: listings, offers and counter-offers, transaction history.
• Messaging: content of messages exchanged between users.
• Approximate location: only if you allow it, to suggest outfits suited to the weather.
• Technical data: device type, application version, error and security logs.

• Providing the service (wardrobe, outfits, Market, messaging) — performance of the contract.
• Generating outfit recommendations and personalised inspiration — performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
• Visual recognition of clothing from your photos — performance of the contract, processing triggered by your action.
• Local weather — consent, revocable at any time.
• Security, fraud prevention and moderation — legitimate interest.
• Accounting obligations related to sales — legal obligation.

Your wardrobe is private by default. Publishing a look on Social Place does not open access to your wardrobe. Access to another user's wardrobe relies on explicit authorisation, independent of the social relationship: a user requests access, the owner accepts or declines, and any granted access is read-only and revocable at any time.

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our technical processors acting on our instructions: hosting and database, authentication, image storage, email delivery, payment provider for Market and weather services. Some information is visible to other users depending on your choices: public profile, posts, Market listings.

• Account and wardrobe data: for as long as the account is active.
• After account deletion: erased within 30 days, including backups.
• Messages: kept until account deletion.
• Transaction-related documents: legal accounting retention period.

Exchanges are encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to data is restricted by authorisation rules enforced server-side. Clothing photos are stored on private storage accessible via temporary links.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. The ways to exercise them are detailed on the GDPR page.

Closyne is not intended for people under 15. Any account identified as belonging to a minor under 15 is deleted.
