1. Our commitment

The safety of minors is an absolute priority for Closyne. We do not tolerate any content, behaviour or interaction that seeks to sexualise, exploit or endanger children or teenagers. These rules apply to every space in the app and on the website: wardrobe, posts, Social Place, Market and messaging.

2. Strictly prohibited content and behaviour

  • Any content depicting child sexual abuse or of a sexual nature involving children.
  • Any attempt at grooming, approaching or making sexual contact with a minor.
  • Exchanging, requesting, offering or promoting sexual content involving minors.
  • Comments, messages or posts of a sexual nature directed at minors.
  • Any attempt to obtain personal information or images of minors for inappropriate purposes.

3. Age checks and access

Closyne is not intended for people under 15. Registration is prohibited for minors under 15. When an account is identified as belonging to an ineligible minor, it is deleted. We encourage parents and legal guardians to report any suspicious account.

4. Detection and moderation

We combine community reports, human moderation and technical tools to detect content and behaviour that violate our standards. Affected accounts are suspended or deleted without notice, and reported items are kept for as long as needed for investigation and legal obligations.

5. Reporting

If you notice problematic content or behaviour on Closyne, you can report it directly in the app or by email at contact@devcom81.fr. Every report is reviewed and handled with the utmost seriousness.

6. Cooperation with authorities

In the case of content or behaviour related to child sexual exploitation or abuse, we cooperate with the competent authorities and organisations authorised to handle this type of report. Necessary information may be transmitted to the relevant police or judicial services.

7. Retention and transmission

Data related to a serious report is kept for the period strictly necessary for the investigation, the response to authorities and compliance with applicable legal obligations. It is accessible only to authorised personnel.
